Q. Who should I call if my appliance needs service?

If your appliance is still covered under the warranty issued on it or under service contract that act like extended warranty, contact the authorized service center or simply contact Godrej SmartCare over toll free phone 1800 209 5511 or MTNL & BSNL lines users can call 1-800-225511.

Q. Can I get service for my appliances even if they are not of Godrej brand?

Yes it's possible to a great extent! Appliances of many brands are covered under our service contract, in select conditions. The contract is transferable anywhere in the branch towns of Godrej Appliance service in India.

Q. Is service available in my region?

Our SmartCare service network is spread all over the country. Godrej has service centers in most cities of India. For more assistance refer to Service Locator of this website.

Q. If I change my mind, can I cancel my service contract/extended warranty?

We assure you of your satisfaction. We are confident that you will be fully satisfied with our services. In case, you are not (very rare), then you can get your money back on the pro-rata basis for the balance period of your service contract, without much of problem.

Q. Who will render the service, if repairs are involved?

Godrej SmartCare authorized service technicians will perform service when you own a Godrej appliance under warranty and/or extended warranty scheme; the service contract. These technicians are trained to ensure your satisfaction, and will use only quality/genuine replacement parts, when required.
